On the evening of Thursday, July 17, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. and 6:30-7:30 p.m.Center for Creative Photography members will have the opportunity to tour the CCP’s 50th anniversary exhibition, Picture Party: Celebrating the Collection at 50, in the Alice Chaiten Baker Interdisciplinary Gallery.
Attendees will be accompanied by Becky Senf (Chief Curator, Center for Creative Photography) and Emmy Mickevicius (Norton Assistant Curator, Center for Creative Photography), who will discuss their curatorial process in making the exhibition, which brings together historical prints, contemporary works, and archival objects from the CCP’s vast collection – creating visual “conversations” across time and place.
