Join us for a gentle, all-ages yoga session designed to encourage movement, relaxation, and connection within the museum environment. This hour-long class will focus on accessible stretches and beginner-friendly poses suitable for all abilities and experience levels. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, participants are invited to move at their own pace in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing.
