Join us for this major evening event at Centennial Hall to celebrate Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer David Hume Kennerly’s groundbreaking new relationship with the University. This event brings together two Pulitzer Prize winners; Kennerly and his good friend and former colleague at Newsweek, historian Jon Meacham. Together they will probe the dynamic effect that only photography can have on the way we feel and understand our world. David Hume Kennerly, former White House photographer and University of Arizona Presidential Scholar, has documented history for more than fifty years, creating iconic images of wars, politics, sports, celebrities and everyday life. Don’t miss the exhibitions of Kennerly's photography that will be displayed throughout the UA Mall and Old Main.

Tickets for this event are FREE, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 6:00 pm on October 11, the evening of the event. Proceed directly to the front doors of Centennial Hall to get your ticket.
